Terms of Purchase in the Online Store www.naujaoda.lt
1. Company and Contact Information
1.1. The online store operating on the internet (store address www.naujaoda.lt) is operated by the company UAB Nauja oda eshop, A. Goštauto g. 8-215, LT-01108 Vilnius, company code: 306079160.
1.2. The customer can contact the company operating the online store in the following ways:

– by filling out the inquiry form available on the online store’s website.
2. General Terms of Use of the “Nauja oda eshop” Online Store
2.1. The services of the online store may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old.
2.2. A person under the age of 18 may use the online store’s services only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
2.3. Every person who registers in the online store and makes purchases provides their personal data and agrees that “NAUJA ODA eshop” may process them in accordance with the conditions specified in the site's privacy policy.
2.4. In order to confirm the accuracy of the data provided during registration in the online store, the Client is sent an email requesting confirmation of the data.
3. Ordering Goods
3.1. Goods are ordered on the website at www.naujaoda.lt.
3.2. The products in the online store are specially marked. The website provides information about the product features, prices, materials from which they are made, and indicates approximate availability in physical stores.
3.3. The customer orders goods in the manner appropriate for the specific item, primarily indicating its size, color, and, if necessary, other specific information and the quantity ordered.
4. How to Shop in the Online Store. Detailed Instructions
4.1. After selecting a product, the Customer should click the “Buy” button.
4.2. The product is added to the shopping cart; it can be viewed by clicking the shopping cart icon located in the upper right corner of the website. The Customer can view the contents of the shopping cart by clicking the “View Cart” button, which opens a page showing all the products added to the cart.
4.3. By clicking the “Order” button, a page will open where the Customer must enter the necessary information to complete the transaction and deliver the ordered goods.
4.4. A Customer registered in the online store is provided with the opportunity to use additional features listed in the Customer's options panel, such as viewing order history, checking the status of recent orders, saving delivery addresses, and receiving the latest product information from the store.
4.5. After choosing the delivery method (delivery to a specified address or delivery to a selected “Nauja oda” store) and entering all necessary information (including billing details, if required), the Customer should select a payment method.
4.6. The Customer can choose online payment (bank transfer, card payment, or transfer via PaySera or Montonio).
4.7. The Customer submits the order by clicking the “Order and Pay” button.
4.8. By clicking the “Order and Pay” button or, if the Customer chose online payment – after making the payment using PaySera or Montonio, the Customer is redirected to the order confirmation page, where they can continue shopping or go to the order summary.
4.9. If the Customer selects online payment (bank transfer or card payment using PaySera or Montonio), the payment must be made immediately after submitting the order. If “NAUJA ODA eshop” or the entities involved in the transaction (PaySera or Montonio) do not receive the payment, the order is considered improperly submitted, meaning the contract has not been concluded and the order will not be processed. In such a case, the Customer must submit the order again.
4.10. At any stage of placing the order, before payment is made, the Customer can cancel the order by terminating the order process and exiting the order page of the website. An order that has not been completed will not be further processed and/or executed.
4.11. Immediately after submitting the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation message sent to the email address provided during registration. The confirmation email will include a unique order number that can be used, for example, to check the order status.
4.12. The company managing the website may contact the Customer via email or by phone to clarify any questionable issues, confirm the order submission, or address other order-related matters.
5. Prices
5.1. Prices on the website are indicated in euros. The indicated price is the gross price of the product, which includes VAT.
5.2. The product price increases with the addition of delivery costs, which depend on the chosen delivery and payment methods.
5.3. The price indicated on the website at the time of order placement is final and binding for both the Customer and “NAUJA ODA eshop.” After placing the order, the product price will not change, regardless of any price changes, special offers, or sales by “NAUJA ODA eshop.”
5.4. “NAUJA ODA eshop” reserves the right to change the prices of goods sold in its online store, introduce new products for purchase, issue and cancel special offers and/or promotions on the store’s website or modify them based on the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legal acts.
5.5. When purchasing gift cards, gifts are not cumulative. Discounts and gifts do not apply to gift cards.
5.6. A gift card is non-refundable (not accepted back) and non-exchangeable (neither for another gift card nor for cash).
5.7. Special offers, promotions, discounts, and gifts are not cumulative. If one offer, promotion, discount, or gift is used in an order, other ongoing promotions, special offers, discounts, or gifts do not apply.
5.8. The 2+1 promotion applies when purchasing at least 2 products from the weekly promotion’s specified product group, and the third product is received as a gift by choosing it from the gift product selection, where products are marked with the “GIFT | 2+1” label. The third gift product must be cheaper than the selected products from the specified promotional product group. The Customer must add the third gift product to the cart if they wish to receive it.
5.9. Gifts are non-refundable (not accepted back) and non-exchangeable (neither for another product nor for cash).
5.10. Promotional gifts do not apply to services and gift cards.
5.11. A promotion in which a gift is given when purchasing a certain number of products applies when buying at least 2 products, and a gift product is received by selecting it from the gift product assortment and adding it to the cart manually, where products are marked with the “GIFT” or “GIFTS” label. The gift product must be cheaper than the selected products from the specified promotional product group. The Customer must add the gift product to the cart if they wish to receive it. Special sets are sold as a single product, e.g., when purchasing 2 sets, 1 gift product marked “GIFT” can be added to the cart.
5.12. Special offers announced on the company’s Instagram accounts (“Glow_beautylab” or “naujaoda”) are valid as long as the public announcement (“story”) is active, unless a validity period is specified.
5.13. Product prices in the online store may differ from prices in physical stores.
5.14. If a set is purchased that has its own identification code (SKU), the set is considered a single product, and corresponding gifts are calculated accordingly. For example, under a 2+1 promotion, where a gift can be selected from the gift assortment, purchasing two sets with their own SKUs entitles the customer to one gift from the gift assortment. Or another example: when purchasing one set (with its own SKU) and one product, then one gift from the gift assortment is applicable.
5.15. In physical stores, payment is only possible by bank card.
5.16. A promotion where purchasing one product grants one free product from the manufacturer Look at me applies to products priced over EUR 14.25. The assortment in physical and online stores may differ.
5.17. If a gift is applicable when purchasing over a certain amount, the shipping cost is not included in this amount, i.e., the gift is granted based only on the value of the products in the cart.
5.18. If a promotion applies that includes a gift – 4 or more sheet masks – when purchasing one product, this promotion is valid only for products priced not lower than 9 EUR.
6. Possibility to Receive Ordered Goods/paslaugas
6.1. All products offered in the online store are in stock.
6.2. However, in some cases, for example, if many Customers order the same product at the same time, the product may no longer be available. In such a case, the Customer will be notified that the order cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of stock.
6.3. In the product information sheet, the Customer can find detailed information about available product sizes: this sheet also displays sizes that are currently unavailable, but such sizes are clearly marked as unavailable with a different color than the one used for available sizes. The Customer cannot add a product in an unavailable size to the shopping cart but can add it to the wishlist.
6.4. Gift cards (both paper and electronic) are valid for 3 months from the date of the invoice issuance for the gift card. During this period, the gift card amount must be used.
6.5. The shipment insurance fee protects against situations where the shipment is lost or damaged—in such cases, there is no need to wait for the issue to be resolved within the standard period. With insurance, once a lost or damaged shipment is reported and the required documents are provided, UAB NAUJA ODA ESHOP will resend the products or refund the money. Shipment insurance does not cover indirect losses or damages, or losses or damages resulting from delays.
6.6. UAB NAUJA ODA ESHOP reserves the right to change the range of products and services in the online store. The range of products and services may differ between the day the gift card is purchased and the day it is used. Changes in products and assortment may occur due to changes in agreements with suppliers, employees, partners, or market conditions.
7. Order That Cannot Be Fulfilled
If the respective product is not in stock or the order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, the Customer will be notified by email or phone about issues related to the fulfillment of their order.
8. Delivery Method and Order Fulfillment Time
8.1. Products are delivered free of charge to DPD, Omniva, or LT EXPRESS parcel terminals within the territory of Lithuania for purchases over 50 EUR.
8.2. If the Customer chooses online payment (using the PaySera or Montonio system), the order is processed only after confirmation that the funds have been credited to the “NAUJA ODA eshop” account (via PaySera or Montonio system). The delivery term is calculated from the moment the payment is received.
8.3. Products will be delivered within 1–2 business days in Lithuania from the date the order is successfully placed. Delivery may take longer during sales or special promotions and discounts.
8.4. If the Customer chooses the online payment method (using PaySera or Montonio), the order processing begins after 100% of the payable amount for that order has been transferred to the “NAUJA ODA eshop” or intermediary entity account; from that moment, the delivery time to the Customer is calculated.
8.5. Orders are delivered by a courier service chosen by “NAUJA ODA eshop.”
8.6. When selecting local pickup (if such an option is available), products are prepared within 5 business days. Once the shipment is ready, the customer is informed by email about the possibility of collecting the items.
8.7. Products are delivered abroad using couriers FEDEX, DHL, or DPD, InPost, LP EXPRESS, Omniva parcel terminals.
8.8. Based on the delivery method selected by the Customer, “NAUJA ODA eshop” commits to deliver the products abroad, with charges calculated based on the shipment’s volume, weight, country, and customs duties. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays.
9. Payment Methods
9.1. Payment by bank transfer. “NAUJA ODA eshop” accepts instant transfers made via internet banking using the PaySera or Montonio system, or via bank transfer. The payment transaction occurs between the Customer and the selected payment operator.
9.2. “NAUJA ODA eshop” does not accept regular transfers, so the Customer will not receive an invoice with details such as a postal transfer number or payment reference.
9.3. Card payment. The Customer must have a card that allows online payments (the Customer should contact their bank to ensure their card supports this). Card payments are processed using PaySera or Montonio. The payment transaction occurs between the Customer and their card operator.
9.4. The online store will never send the Customer a message informing them of a change in the payment account and requesting a regular transfer. If the Customer receives such an email, they should not make any payment or respond, and should forward the unchanged email message to “NAUJA ODA eshop” at info@naujaoda.lt.
10. Sales-Purchase Agreement
10.1 The information published on the store’s website www.naujaoda.lt is not an offer as defined in the Civil Code.
10.2. The contract is concluded in the Lithuanian language.
11. Contract Execution. Term of Fulfillment
Based on the delivery method chosen by the Customer, “NAUJA ODA eshop” undertakes to deliver the products within LITHUANIA within 5 business days from the date of correctly submitted order, with charges calculated based on shipment volume, weight, country, and customs duties. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays established by law.
12. Delivery Price in Lithuania
12.1. Products are delivered only within the territory of Lithuania.
12.2. The gross delivery price depends on the selected delivery and payment method:
− delivery to a selected retail store or pickup warehouse (if such an option is available at the time) and online payment – 0.00 EUR;
− standard delivery using courier services and online payment – 3.50 EUR.
13. Termination of the Contract
13.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales-purchase contract within 14 days without providing a reason.
Products of suitable quality may be returned within 14 days if they have not been used, have not lost their commercial appearance, and the Customer has retained the purchase document.
Only with the consent of “NAUJA ODA eshop” may products of good quality included in the list of non-returnable goods according to the Retail Trade Rules (e.g.: perfumes, cosmetics, toiletries, cosmetic and hygiene products with damaged packaging, etc.) be returned.
13.2. The right to terminate the mentioned contract is lost after 14 days from the day the Customer received the goods or the day the goods were received by a third party designated by the Customer, excluding the carrier.
13.3. To exercise the right to terminate the mentioned contract, the Customer must provide “NAUJA ODA eshop” with a clear written notice of contract termination by one of the following methods:
– by email sent to info@naujaoda.lt;
– by filling out and submitting the electronic form available in the Customer options panel for each order; if the Customer fills out and submits the form, they will promptly receive confirmation from “NAUJA ODA eshop” that the termination notice has been received.
We accept all means of submitting the notice, and all are equally valid. “NAUJA ODA eshop” recommends using the electronic form in the Customer options panel because it can be submitted easily and quickly.
13.4. If the Customer is concerned about being late in submitting the termination notice, it is sufficient to send the notice of intent to exercise the right to terminate the contract before the expiration of the termination period.
13.5. If the sales-purchase contract is terminated, “NAUJA ODA eshop” will, without undue delay, refund the full amount received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if the Customer chose a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive delivery offered by “NAUJA ODA eshop”) no later than 14 days from the day “NAUJA ODA eshop” received the Customer’s notice of intent to terminate the contract.
13.6. The paid amount is refunded to the Customer’s bank account used for card payment, PaySera, or Montonio-related account, if the order was paid using these methods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless the Customer explicitly agrees otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees related to the refund.
13.7. “NAUJA ODA eshop” may withhold the refund until it receives the returned goods or the Customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever comes first.
13.9. The Customer may return goods at their own expense using courier services. The Customer must complete the contract termination form available in the Customer options panel for each order.
13.10. The Customer may also return goods to any “Nauja oda eshop” physical store operating in Lithuania (if such an option is available) or to a product pickup warehouse.
13.11. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
13.12. The consumer has the right, without giving a reason and without incurring any costs other than those set forth in Article 6.22811 of the Civil Code, to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within fourteen days.
13.13. The consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract does not apply to the following contracts:
1) service contracts where the service has been fully performed and the contract requires the consumer to pay, provided that the consumer gave prior explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed by the seller;
2) contracts where the price of goods or services depends on fluctuations in the financial market during the withdrawal period;
3) contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e. goods not prefabricated and made based on the consumer’s individual choice or instruction, regardless of whether production has started, or goods clearly customized for the consumer’s personal needs;
4) contracts for goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life;
5) contracts for sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
6) contracts for goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
13.14. The withdrawal period specified in Article 6.228 of the Civil Code expires after fourteen days:
1) in the case of service contracts, – from the day the contract is concluded;
2) in the case of purchase contracts, – from the day the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the goods, or:
a) if the consumer ordered multiple goods in one order which are delivered separately, – from the day the consumer or their designated person, excluding the carrier, receives the last item;
b) if the goods are delivered in parts or lots, – from the day the consumer or their designated person, excluding the carrier, receives the last part or lot;
c) in the case of a contract for regular delivery of goods over a defined period, – from the day the consumer or their designated person, excluding the carrier, receives the first item.
14. Complaints
14.1. The products sold in the store are new and free of defects. If the products have any defects, “NAUJA ODA eshop” is responsible for them.
14.2. Based on the applicable provisions of the Lithuanian Civil Code regarding statutory warranties, the Customer may file a complaint about any product purchased from the “Nauja oda eshop” online store if a defect is noticed within two years from the date of purchase and the product does not meet the terms of the contract. Returned products must have internal labels.
14.3. Complaints can be submitted at any “Nauja oda eshop” store (excluding outlet stores).
14.4. Complaints sent by mail must state the reason for the complaint and provide the necessary information to identify the order. A complaint may be submitted using the “Complaint” form (available in the Customer options panel for each order), which can be completed online or printed; products can be returned to: NAUJA ODA eshop product collection warehouse, Galinės g. 1, Building C, Galinė, LT-14247 Vilniaus r. (Entrance between ramps 19 and 20, contact the window) +370 607 89826 Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00.
14.5. “NAUJA ODA eshop” enables Customers submitting a complaint to return defective products using courier services paid for by “NAUJA ODA.” For this purpose, the Customer must fill out the electronic complaint form in the Customer options panel and provide detailed information about the location (address) from which the courier should collect the shipment containing the defective product.
14.6. “NAUJA ODA eshop” reviews complaints within 14 days and informs the Customer of the decision made regarding the complaint.
14.7. If the complaint is found to be justified, the Customer will be reimbursed for all reasonable return costs of the defective product to the online store.
14.8. If the complaint is found to be unjustified, the product will be returned to the Customer along with a notification explaining why the complaint was considered unfounded.
14.9. After reviewing a complaint submitted at a physical “Nauja oda eshop” store, “NAUJA ODA eshop” will enable the Customer to collect the product or the money and any compensation due at the store where the complaint was submitted.
14.10. During the cold season, when temperatures are below zero, it is recommended to choose store pickup (if available), pickup at the collection warehouse, or to collect the parcel from the parcel terminal immediately when purchasing products containing water.
14.11. Consumer disputes out of court are resolved by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, registered address Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
14.12. Claims regarding a product with a specified shelf life can be made by the buyer if defects are discovered within the product’s shelf life (Civil Code Article 6.338, Part 4).
14.13. Requests or complaints about possible consumer rights violations may be submitted via the Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/
15. Order Cancellation
15.1. The Customer has the right to cancel their order.
15.2. The Customer can cancel their order within fifteen minutes of placing it by clicking the “Cancel Order” button next to the order in the “My Orders” section of the Customer options panel.
15.3. The Customer can also cancel their order by contacting “NAUJA ODA eshop” and filling out the inquiry form provided on the website.
16. Other Provisions
A proof of purchase is provided with each purchased product. The Customer can download the invoice from the Customer options panel. “NAUJA ODA eshop” is not responsible if the Customer provides incorrect data.
16.1. Processing of Personal Data
The Customer voluntarily gives consent for “NAUJA ODA eshop” to process their personal data. Without this consent, the Customer will not be able to register on the website or make purchases in the online store. All information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy published in the online store.
16.2. Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes
The Customer may consent to the processing and transfer of their personal data to a third party in order to receive commercial information prepared by “NAUJA ODA eshop,” such as information about special offers and/or promotions.
