FEEDBACK MANAGEMENT RULES

I. Definitions

2. These Consumer Feedback Management Rules (hereinafter – Rules) define the procedure for collecting, processing, and publishing feedback about purchased products on the website www.naujaoda.lt.

3. naujaoda.lt – an online store operating at www.naujaoda.lt

4. Feedback – an open opinion provided by a Customer who purchased a product on the website about the product.

5. Rating – a score provided by the Customer for the purchased product on the website, using a 5-star system.

6. Customer – a competent individual or legal entity that purchased products from the online store www.naujaoda.lt

7. Other terms used in these Rules are understood as defined in the Advertising Law of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices towards Consumers of the Republic of Lithuania, and other relevant legal acts.

II. Feedback Collection Procedure

8. The Company publishes authentic feedback, i.e., feedback created and submitted by Customers. Only the length of the message and obvious grammatical or punctuation errors may be corrected.

9. Feedback is collected at the initiative of the Company by contacting Customers via the email address provided by them after they purchase products, ensuring that the feedback comes from the person who purchased the products.

10. The total rating score is calculated by averaging the given ratings, i.e., adding up all the received rating scores (stars) and dividing them by the number of ratings received.

11. Only registered users who have purchased products on www.naujaoda.lt can leave feedback.

12. The authenticity of feedback is ensured by authorizing it through the “Facebook” and/or “Google” systems.

13. The Company publishes both positive and negative customer feedback.

14. The Company does not publish comments and reserves the right to block comments that:
– are related to illegal activities;
– contain offensive content;

15. – contain swear words, hate speech, discrimination, threats, etc.;

16. – contain false information;

17. – fake user feedback;

18. naujaoda.lt publicly shows only the name of the person who submitted the feedback and the content of the feedback.

19. In accordance with legal requirements, the email address, phone number, or other personal information of the person who submitted the feedback is not published on legitimate grounds.

20. Feedback is published in the official language – Lithuanian.

21. The Company has the right to change, amend, and update these Rules in accordance with the applicable legal acts. The changes to the Rules become effective from the moment they are published on the online store website.

III. Final Provisions

22. These Rules are created in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Directive 2019/2161.

23. For the purpose of identifying the person who provided feedback and/or a rating on a product and to allow consumers to familiarize themselves with the experience and opinion (evaluation) of buyers who have purchased a product on the website, www.naujaoda.lt processes Customers' personal data. More information about personal data processing can be found in www.naujaoda.lt privacy policy.

Individuals who believe their rights have been violated can file a request/complaint with the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone: 85 262 67 51, fax: (85) 279 1466, website: www.vvtat.lt (also to regional offices of the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority in the counties)) or fill out a complaint form on the ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
