This toner, composed of rice extract and rice amino acids, enhances antioxidant and moisturizing effects, deeply hydrates, prevents skin from drying out, and provides a feeling of comfort and moisture all day long. The unique two-layer formula includes a moisture layer filled with rice extract and a powder layer to control oil release. The oil-control powder helps to absorb oils and regulate sebum secretion in pores, suitable for use on reddening and blemish-prone skin. Rice extract is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Usage: Can be used on clean skin with cotton pads or applied by tapping the product into the skin with palms.
